6. Planning:
New applications:
19/01931/FUL Rutters Farm, Old Milton Road, Thurleigh, Beds. Change of use of
the existing barn into three residential dwellings and two garages for the
adjacent dwellings.
Decisions by Bedford Borough Council:
7. To receive a report by the Borough Councillor
8. Village Welfare:
9. New Village Welfare Issues:
i) Report by Cllr Snowball on the P&TC meeting on the 25th September
ii) Advertising on Fencing in Arkwright Road
iii) Parking on junction of Thurleigh Road/Church Green
10. Finance:
i) Decision: to accept the monthly reconciliation presentation.
ii) Decision: to agree payments to be made.
iii) To receive the 6 monthly spend against budget
iv) Decision: to further consider employing someone to carry out regular
play area checks
