applications to fill the vacancies.
4. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 10th October 2019

6. Planning:
New applications:
19/02399/FUL The Barn, Radwell Road. Erection of garden office.
Decisions by Bedford Borough Council:
7. To receive a report by the Borough Councillor
8. Village Welfare:  Ownership of land adjacent to Starey Close
9. New Village Welfare Issues:
i)  The bottle bank located at Milton Ernest Garden Centre
ii)  The Village Christmas Tree lights
10. Finance:
i) Decision: to accept the monthly reconciliation presentation.
ii) Decision: to agree payments to be made.
iii) Decision: to further consider employing someone to carry out regular
play area checks
iv) Decision: To agree to the setting up of a new parish council website
