The draft Felmersham & Radwell Neighbourhood Development Plan has now been published for “pre-submission consultation” in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. Please send any comments to clerk@miltonernest-pc.gov.uk
This statutory consultation, which runs from Monday 18 January 2021 to Sunday 28 February 2021, provides you with the opportunity to review and comment on the Pre-Submission Plan. The draft Neighbourhood Development Plan and a response form are attached; it is recommended that you have the Plan document open alongside the response form in order to inform your responses. All documentation and supporting reports, including the Site Assessment Report, Housing Needs Survey, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitat Regulations Assessment, are available at

Following this consultation, the Neighbourhood Development Plan will be amended and then submitted to Bedford Borough Council, as required, for Regulation 16 consultation and independent examination. The Plan, if successful at examination, will then proceed to a local referendum.
