12. Reports by Representatives:-
NDP Steering Group
To receive the results of the Regulation 14 consultation and decide on the way forward. It is proposed that the Parish Council agree to the following:
i) The allocation of the Rushden Road site for 25 houses is confirmed.
ii) The MENP is amended to take into account the response of Bedford Borough Council.
iii) In view of the strong support shown from the Regulation 14 consultation, no other amendments (apart from tidying up where required) are made to the MENP.
iv) The Parish Council submits the amended MENP to the local planning authority, Bedford Borough Council under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
